Sand Cleaning Room

1. diameter of rotating platform: 700mm, bearing capacity of rotating platform: ≥ 150kg, stepless speed regulation, speed range: 1 ~ 5 rpm
2. suitable for the maximum shell mold size φ 700*600mm;
3. the whole exterior, structural parts and working platform of the sealed electric turntable are all made of stainless steel;
4. the sealed electric turntable is to place the rotating platform in the sealed chamber above the bottom frame. The front end of the sealed chamber is a glass observation window and is equipped with pneumatic wiper and sprinkler;
5. a movable stainless steel sand collecting box is set at the lower part of the rotating platform to collect sand and stone powder and discharge the sand cleaning water from the drain outlet at the lower part of the sand collecting box. The drain pipe is distributed with flower holes inside the sand collecting box and wrapped with stainless steel wire mesh to filter out sand particles;
6. two high-pressure water gun inlets with different heights are designed at the operation position in front of the sand cleaning room. Each high-pressure water gun inlet is equipped with a water gun baffle to hang the water gun. The forward and backward movement of the water gun is easy to adjust. The water gun has no recoil force during workers' operation, which can reduce the labor intensity of workers. The water gun can swing up and down, left and right;
7. the exterior of the sand cleaning room is packed with 2mm thick stainless steel plate, lined with sponge sound-absorbing plate, stainless steel orifice plate, etc., which plays the role of corrosion prevention, shock absorption and noise reduction;
8. the workpiece cart is made of stainless steel, and a pneumatic workpiece pressing device is set on it. The pneumatic pressure plate rotates with the workpiece. According to the shape of the workpiece, a claw or nail is installed under the pneumatic pressure plate, which can fix the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from sliding, and it is convenient to fix the workpiece;
9. place the workpiece on the trolley, push it into the sand cleaning room and fix the trolley. For the workpiece that is easy to be blown by high-pressure water, use the pneumatic pressure plate to fix the workpiece, close the sealing door, adjust the process pressure of the pump, start the rotating workbench, and align the high-pressure water gun with the workpiece for cleaning;
